Steve Trang Provides Outstanding Service…‎

I lost my job due to the economic downturn and at the same time watched as my home equity went from an approximate $100K + cash that I put in out of pocket to a negative $100K. I spoke with numerous Realtors to try to find the best one to work out a bank short sale arrangement with the bank for me. Steve impressed me immediately because he was straight forward with his fees (which were not ridiculous like other Realtors that would scare a bank aware from approving my short sale) and in my conversations with him could tell that he was an honest, genuine Realtor that was not out to take advantage of people in a distressed situation but someone who wanted to help. Steve was very experienced in negotiating with the bank and not only got the deal done for us but amazingly worked the bank down from initially requesting a huge amount of money from us at closing to requesting almost nothing (very small amount). If I had to do this all over again I would get Steve to handle the job in a heart beat. I highly recommend Steve to anyone.
